Dear Valued Gano Excel Family Members,
We are working towards good collaboration with our Gano Excel Family Members. We would like to bring your attention to this clearer procedure for a better cooperation with effect from 1st of October 2018:
- We will deliver the orders paid by Bank-In/transfer only after the Malaysia Head Office confirmed that the amount arrived to Gano Excel’s Bank account. Usually, this takes 1-2 workdays. Please send us a payment proof, regardless, to info@ganoexcel.hu email address to avoid any misunderstandings.
- The processing anddelivery date will be changed as follows:
a. Orders that were submitted before 11 AM on workdays and have the payment as COD or (order submitted through webshop and paid by) Credit Card, the order will be process and delivered within 2-3 workdays.
b. Orders that were received after 11 AM on workdays will be processed and delivered within 2-3 workdays, starting from the next working day.
c. Orders that were paid by Bank-In/transfer, will be processed and delivered within 2-3 workdays starting from the confirmation email sent by Gano Excel to the you, that informed you that we received the transfer.
So if you would like to receive your package as soon as possible, we suggest that you order with COD or through our webshop with Credit Card (note that through our webshop with Credit Card, there is NO COD FEE). Again to note that the order submission time to be before 11 AM on workdays is needed for us to process and deliver within 2-3 workdays.
Your kind understanding is needed also when there might be occasional unforeseen delays form our business logistic partner and courier services. We shall do our best to work closely with our business logistic and courier service partners to avoid this kind of unforeseen delays.
